The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a structured testing approach, excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous quality improvement throughout the service support lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest Planning & Execution:\nAnalyze business requirements, user stories and technical specifications to identify testing needs.\nDesign, develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test scripts and test documentation.\nExecute manual and automated testing activities to validate system functionality and business processes.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability and end-to-end testing.\nValidate software functionality and integrations with project-specific hardware, including RFID printers, handheld devices and other related operational equipment.\nDefect Management\nIdentify, reproduce, document and prioritize software defects.\nProvide detailed defect reports, including reproduction steps, expected results, actual results and supporting evidence.\nCollaborate closely with project teams to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues.\nRetest resolved defects and validate the effectiveness of implemented fixes.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to the enhancement of QA processes, testing methodologies and documentation standards.\nShare best practices and lessons learned with project teams.\nSupport the adoption of quality-driven approaches throughout the service support lifecycle.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nTechnical Skills\nExperience in designing and executing manual test cases and test scenarios.\nBasic understanding of automated testing frameworks, particularly Java and Selenium.\nGood knowledge of functional, regression, integration, exploratory and usability testing.\nExperience working with defect tracking and test management tools.\nBasic understanding of web applications, APIs, databases and client-server architectures.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.\nComfortable maintaining and working directly with required hardware components, including RFID printers, Android handheld devices and other required equipment.\nAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.\nAbility to identify potential quality risks and recommend mitigation measures.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience collaborating with developers, business analysts, product owners and other project teams.\nPersonal Attributes\nQuality-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within distributed teams.\nContinuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.\nQualifications & Experience\nProven experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance.\nBasic knowledge of test automation concepts and tools.\nHands-on experience with test case design, execution and defect management.\nExperience testing web-based and enterprise applications.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman.\nFamiliarity with testing and project management platforms such as Jira, TestLink, or similar tools.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nAbility to translate business requirements into effective testing scenarios and validation activities.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have\nExposure to MS SQL Server and database validation.\nExperience working in cloud-based environments.\nISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent QA certification.\nExperience with hardware testing.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou will be part of a collaborative team where quality is a shared responsibility.
