In this role, you will lead national or international projects, coordinate heterogeneous teams, and act as the owner of IT/SAP solutions within your areas of responsibility. You will develop and implement end-to-end project management activities, proactively monitor deliverables and project financials, and establish strong collaboration with stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nLead national or international projects, including the technical coordination of heterogeneous teams.\nEstablish strong collaboration with internal and external contacts at management level as well as offshore liaison officers.\nAct as an owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility.\nDevelop and implement activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, priorities, and requirements through implementation.\nProactively monitor, handle, and report on the execution of deliverables and project financials.\nLead several projects in parallel (multi-project management).\nCoordinate with vendors during project execution.\nWork proactively with customers and manage relationships with stakeholders.\nEstablish a working atmosphere as part of the project delivery process that supports teamwork and knowledge sharing.\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree in IT, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.\nExtensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.\nExperience in SAP RISE and SAP Grow projects\nProven understanding of Supply Chain processes and financial processes\nExperience in implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield and Brownfield) as well as fit-to-standard approach.\nManaged at least 5 full life cycle SAP projects, preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, both functionally and technically oriented projects, such as upgrades and new installations.\nSAP Activate certification.\nConfirmed project management skills, knowledge, and experience with new technology projects (PMP PMI certification is considered an advantage).\nExcellent Dutch communication skills and fluency in English.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
