Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nWhat is ahead of you?\nWould you like to develop your career in Cyber Security while using German on a daily basis?\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nwork in Cyber Security, one of the fastest-growing areas of IT,\n\ncooperate with international, German-speaking customers,\n\ngain experience in enterprise IT and security environments,\n\ndevelop your skills in Cyber Security and IT Operations,\n\nbenefit from professional training, certification opportunities and language development,\n\nwork alongside experienced security professionals in an international environment.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\nmonitoring and reviewing security alerts and events,\n\nhandling and triaging security-related tickets according to established processes,\n\nacting as a contact point for German-speaking customers,\n\ncommunicating incident information, service updates and operational information in German and English,\n\nsupporting incident management activities,\n\nperforming initial analysis and gathering information required for further investigation,\n\nescalating security events to appropriate technical teams when necessary,\n\ncollaborating with international security and IT teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.\n\nWhat team will you work in?\nYou will join an international Security Operations team supporting customers in their day-to-day security operations.\nThe role combines customer communication with operational Cyber Security activities, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge while making active use of your German language skills.\nDepending on the assignment, work may be performed in a shift-based model.\nWhat are our main requirements?\nfluent German, C1/C2 level, both spoken and written,\n\ncommunicative English, minimum B1/B2 level,\n\nstrong communication and customer service skills,\n\ninterest in Cyber Security and willingness to develop technical skills,\n\nanalytical thinking and attention to detail,\n\nbasic understanding of IT, such as networking, operating systems, infrastructure or IT support,\n\nability to work effectively in an international environment.\n\nPrevious professional experience in Cyber Security is welcome but not required.\nWhat will make you stand out?\nexperience in customer service, Service Desk or IT support,\n\neducation or ongoing studies in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related field,\n\nbasic understanding of networking and information security,\n\nexperience with IT ticketing or service management systems,\n\nknowledge of ITIL practices,\n\nITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+ or another relevant certification,\n\nprevious experience working with German-speaking customers.\n\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
