This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and business value.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end data science projects focused on IT operations, incident management, and experience optimization.\nAnalyze structured and unstructured data from ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow), endpoint telemetry platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Intune), and infrastructure monitoring tools.\nDevelop predictive models for incident forecasting, root cause analysis, and proactive remediation.\nDesign anomaly detection algorithms to identify performance degradation, user friction, or compliance risks.\nBuild dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and executive stakeholders.\nCollaborate with IT architects, service owners, and automation teams to embed intelligence into operational workflows.\nEvaluate data quality, lineage, and governance across diverse IT data sources.\nStay current with emerging trends in AIOps, DEX, and IT analytics.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nOverall 15+ years of experience in IT & Software, 8+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years focused on IT operations or enterprise IT analytics.\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow).\nStrong understanding of ITSM data structures, incident lifecycle, and operational KPIs.\nExperience with telemetry platforms (e.g., Nexthink, SysTrack, Intune, SCCM) and endpoint data.\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure metrics (Azure, AWS, GCP) and log analytics.\nExpertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and time-series analysis.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nExpertise in using compute and AI resources on MS Azure.\nExpertise in using statistical un-supervised models, supervised models, LLMs and SLMs\nExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in AIOps, DEX, or EUC analytics domains.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow, performance analytics, and integration workflows.\nExposure to MLOps frameworks and model deployment in enterprise environments.\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
