Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nWe are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager / Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the onsite liaison between the client, cybersecurity vendor, and implementation partners.\nThis is a 12-month onsite assignment in San Diego, CA, responsible for the operational oversight of cybersecurity services, including implementation, adoption, governance, and day-to-day coordination.\nThe successful candidate will act as the central point of contact throughout implementation and transition to steady-state operations, with responsibility for Falcon Complete, CTEM, Falcon Guardian / AIDR, service reviews, governance, and escalations.\nPrimary Objectives\nLead the successful implementation and onboarding of cybersecurity services.\nEstablish governance, operational reviews, escalation paths, and service-management processes.\nManage CTEM operations and remediation coordination.\nManage Falcon Guardian / AIDR administration and operational processes.\nSupport the organization in maturing security operations and incident-response processes.\nComplete knowledge transfer and operational-readiness documentation before the end of the assignment.\nKey Responsibilities\nService Management\nAct as the primary operational liaison for managed cybersecurity service matters.\nCoordinate critical incident communications, follow-up actions, and closure.\nEnsure recommendations and action items are assigned, tracked, and resolved by the appropriate teams.\nSecurity Operations & GSI Coordination\nCoordinate implementation workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery with the Global Systems Integrator (GSI).\nMaintain accountability through documented owners, due dates, action items, and escalations.\nCoordinate response and remediation across infrastructure, endpoint, identity, cloud, and application teams.\nCTEM & Falcon Guardian / AIDR\nLead day-to-day administration and operational processes for CTEM and Falcon Guardian / AIDR.\nCoordinate exposure prioritization, remediation, tuning, reporting, and continuous improvement.\nIntegrate findings into organizational workflows and collaborate with asset owners to reduce security risk.\nGovernance, Reporting & Transition\nLead weekly operational and monthly service reviews.\nMaintain a RAID log covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.\nDevelop executive dashboards and concise status reports.\nMaintain the roadmap, RACI, escalation model, and transition plan.\nDeliver knowledge-transfer and operational-readiness documentation.\nKey Deliverables\nImplementation oversight, deployment coordination, and operational transition plan.\nSecurity operations governance framework, cadence, RACI, and escalation model.\nExecutive dashboards, monthly service reviews, and action tracking.\nIncident escalation and stakeholder communication process.\nCTEM remediation tracking and Falcon Guardian / AIDR operating procedures.\nRAID log and remediation-status reporting.\nKnowledge-transfer and operational-readiness documentation.\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n10+ years of cybersecurity experience spanning security operations, incident response, threat detection, exposure management, or managed security services.\n5+ years leading enterprise SOC, MDR, incident-response, or managed-security programs.\n3+ years of operational experience with CrowdStrike Falcon technologies, preferably Falcon Complete, Insight, Identity Protection, Exposure Management, Next-Gen SIEM, or Guardian / AIDR.\nExperience in a senior client-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Security Operations Manager, SOC Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Cybersecurity Program Manager.\nProven experience coordinating across customers, cybersecurity vendors, and global systems integrators during implementation and operations.\nExperience managing critical escalations, governance, executive reporting, service reviews, and cross-functional remediation.\nAbility to work onsite in San Diego, CA for the 12-month assignment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact and clear actions.\nPreferred Technical Experience\nCrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem\nFalcon Complete / MDR\nCTEM / Exposure Management\nFalcon Guardian / AIDR\nNext-Gen SIEM\nSecurity Operations / SOC\nIncident Response\nThreat Detection and Remediation\nSecurity Governance and Service Management\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
