Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nWe are looking for a senior, hands-on penetration tester who can independently deliver end-to-end security assessments across web applications, APIs, internal and external infrastructure and, where required, mobile applications and security configurations. The role requires strong technical ownership, clear reporting and direct collaboration with customer technical teams.\nKey responsibilities\nPlan and execute penetration tests for web applications, APIs, internal and external infrastructure and other approved targets.\nIdentify, validate and safely exploit vulnerabilities within the agreed scope and rules of engagement.\nAssess technical and business impact and provide clear, risk-based remediation recommendations.\nProduce high-quality technical reports with reproducible evidence and executive-level summaries.\nPresent findings to customer technical teams and support remediation clarification and retesting activities.\nContribute to methodology improvements, knowledge sharing and the development of junior and mid-level team members.\nMaintain strict confidentiality and follow legal, ethical and engagement-specific requirements.\nRequired experience and skills\nStrong hands-on experience in web application and API security testing.\nSolid experience in external and internal network and infrastructure penetration testing.\nAbility to validate vulnerabilities, perform controlled exploitation and explain associated business impact.\nExperience preparing clear, evidence-based reports and practical remediation guidance.\nAbility to deliver assessments independently and manage technically complex engagements.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred qualifications\nHands-on mobile application security testing experience.\nExperience with security configuration reviews and static or dynamic application security analysis.\nRelevant offensive security certification such as OSCP, or equivalent practical expertise.\nExperience in customer-facing consulting and regulated enterprise environments.\nRewards and benefits:\nOpportunity to work on long-term, complex enterprise projects.\nExposure to modern technologies and containerized platforms.\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities.\nCareer growth within a stable and collaborative environment.\nWellbeing programs & work-life balance initiatives.\nBenefits platform - culture, shopping, sport and more.\nContinuous learning programs and online courses.\nPossibility to participate in charity and eco initiatives.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
