This role will be responsible for establishing a robust and highly available platform foundation, ensuring seamless collaboration between data engineering and infrastructure teams.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong Azure platform expertise with deep knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and enterprise operations. They will play a key role in building a scalable, secure, and resilient platform capable of supporting mission-critical reporting and external-facing data products.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and drive CI/CD implementation, release management, and deployment automation.\nAct as the technical liaison between engineering and infrastructure teams.\nDesign, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.\nEstablish and manage monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability frameworks.\nDefine and implement backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.\nEnsure platform reliability, resilience, performance, and maintainability.\nImplement and promote operational best practices, governance standards, and security controls.\nSupport platform scalability and availability requirements in SLA-driven environments.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and continuous operational improvement.\nContribute to architecture discussions and platform engineering decisions.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure platform services and cloud infrastructure.\nExtensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or similar automation technologies.\nStrong understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, and operational excellence practices.\nProven experience designing and supporting highly available and resilient cloud platforms.\nExperience with disaster recovery, backup and restore processes, and business continuity planning.\nKnowledge of security, governance, compliance, and platform engineering best practices.\nFamiliarity with enterprise-scale operational environments and SLA-driven service delivery.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across engineering, infrastructure, and operations functions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Azure Databricks environments.\nKnowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and modern data platforms.\nExperience with cloud security frameworks and governance models.\nAzure certifications in administration, architecture, or DevOps.\nExperience working within large-scale enterprise data and analytics programs.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn the
