Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nPosition: Project Manager - Hospital Information Systems\nLocation: Chicago, IL (Onsite)\nType: Fulltime\nSalary: $70K to $120K+FTE benefits\nKey Responsibilities & Requirements:\nPosition Summary\nManage complex projects from concept through completion.\nCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk logs, issue logs, status reports, and performance metrics.\nImplement risk management plans, including risk identification, impact analysis, resolution, tracking, documentation, and communication.\nCommunicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.\nLead and manage multiple project teams focused on process improvement initiatives.\nDrive clinical process improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or an equivalent degree preferred.\nCoursework in healthcare administration or medical office management preferred.\nExperience Requirements\nMinimum 5 years of full-time paid experience in healthcare administration or project management.\nMinimum 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Project or a comparable project management tool.\nMinimum 2 years of healthcare experience facilitating clinical quality improvement initiatives in a teaching hospital.\nFinance experience preferred.\nPrior experience driving change in a complex organization.\nCertifications & Training\nLean Six Sigma Training or Certification.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.\nHealthcare quality and/or patient safety certification preferred.\nKnowledge Requirements\nKnowledge of Joint Commission requirements.\nThorough knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.\nKnowledge of planning and tracking project scope, timelines, and budgets.\nKnowledge of business operations and project team leadership.\nExperience with operational clinical redesign initiatives.\nKnowledge of improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Systems Theory.\nKnowledge of project lifecycle phases, communication requirements, deliverables, budgets, and security requirements.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to document requirements, designs, communication plans, project plans, status updates, and issues.\nAbility to conduct meetings and deliver presentations to sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable tools.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to manage diverse project teams consisting of employees, vendors, consultants, and external partners.\nWillingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with medical and nursing leadership to implement clinical care redesign initiatives.\nWork closely with Finance leaders to support clinical improvement plans.\nEstablish and embed best clinical and operational practices with clinical and operational teams.\nPartner with hospital-based services to identify and implement high-functioning, role-based workflows.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.\nProvide training in data utilization and process improvement methodologies.\nTrain clinic staff on the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) process or similar quality improvement models.\nSupport overall practice transformation and continuous quality improvement efforts.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
