Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nWe are looking for a senior, hands-on offensive security professional who can independently lead complex Red Team, Purple Team and advanced penetration testing engagements across enterprise environments. The role combines deep technical execution with customer-facing leadership, clear reporting and support for developing other security professionals.\nKey responsibilities\nPlan and lead Red Team, adversary simulation and advanced penetration testing engagements.\nExecute realistic attack scenarios across applications, APIs, infrastructure, identity, endpoints and cloud environments.\nConduct reconnaissance, initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence and post-exploitation activities within approved scopes.\nTranslate technical findings into clear business risk, evidence-based reports and practical remediation recommendations.\nMap attack paths and techniques to relevant frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.\nCollaborate with defensive security teams during Purple Team exercises and support improvements to detection and response capabilities.\nProvide technical leadership, customer-facing guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.\nFollow legal, ethical and engagement-specific rules of operation at all times.\nRequired experience and skills\nExtensive hands-on experience in Red Teaming and advanced penetration testing.\nStrong understanding of enterprise identity, Active Directory, Windows and Linux environments, networking and common cloud platforms.\nDemonstrated expertise in attack-path analysis, privilege escalation, lateral movement and post-exploitation.\nStrong scripting or programming capability for automation, tooling and payload development.\nAbility to lead engagements independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong technical reporting skills and a consistent focus on evidence, risk and remediation.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Purple Teaming, detection engineering, threat hunting or incident response.\nRelevant advanced offensive security certifications, or equivalent demonstrable expertise.\nExperience working in complex, regulated or multinational enterprise environments.\nExperience mentoring security engineers and contributing to team capability development.\nRewards and benefits:\nOpportunity to work on long-term, complex enterprise projects.\nExposure to modern technologies and containerized platforms.\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities.\nCareer growth within a stable and collaborative environment.\nWellbeing programs & work-life balance initiatives.\nBenefits platform - culture, shopping, sport and more.\nContinuous learning programs and online courses.\nPossibility to participate in charity and eco initiatives.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
