Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop and maintain SAP roles and authorisation concepts aligned with business and security requirements.\nFluent German and English.\nManage user access, roles and authorisations while ensuring compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.\nSupport SAP security and authorisation management across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP environments.\nSupport and optimise SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) / SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) processes.\nBuild and maintain authorisation concepts for SAP Fiori, including catalogues, applications and related services.\nAnalyse and resolve complex SAP Fiori and authorisation issues using standard SAP diagnostic and tracing tools.\nSupport SAP security incident analysis, audits and security assessments.\nProvide expert guidance to operational and support teams in the area of SAP security and access management.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, security concepts and work instructions.\nSupport activities related to modern SAP cloud and transformation environments.\nMentor and share knowledge with other SAP specialists.\nQualifications:\nSeveral years of professional experience as an SAP Security / Authorisations Consultant, ideally at Senior or Expert level.\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.\nExcellent knowledge of SAP user, role, profile and authorisation management.\nStrong experience with role design, SU24, authorisation traces and troubleshooting.\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP Fiori security and authorisations.\nExperience with SAP GRC and/or SAP IAG.\nGood understanding of the broader SAP architecture and security landscape, including cloud environments.\nExperience with SAP security assessments and audits.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex security and access issues.\nExperience working in complex enterprise SAP environments.\nKnowledge of SAP RISE and/or agile delivery methodologies would be an advantage.\nVery good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international environment.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nAccess to training and certifications (access to SAP Hub Learning platform)\nHybrid mode of work (only max. 2 times per month based on your location)\nWellbeing programs & work-life balance - integration and passion sharing events\nPrivate medical and dental care\nBenefits platform - shopping, cinema, sport etc.\nCo-funding of sport activities, e.g., Multisport & OK system cards, b-active program\nGift packages for special occasions: Easter, Christmas, Children’s Day\nAppreciation for seniority: additional days off, Atos Jubilee gifts\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
