Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Lead Consultant - Procurement with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MM and SAP deployment frameworks including SAP Activate, Grow with SAP, Rise with SAP and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).\nIn this exciting job, you will drive solution design, execution, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and cloudready delivery methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Architecture\nLead the design of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions using SAP Best Practices and industry standards. \nApply the SAP Activate methodology across project phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run. \nIntegrate Grow, Rise, and CALM practices into overall delivery, governance, and lifecycle management. \nOwn the endtoend SourcetoPay (S2P) process, ensuring strong process integration across finance, logistics, and sourcing. \nImplementation & Delivery\nLead FittoStandard workshops following the Activate framework. \nConfigure and optimize SAP MM and related procurement modules (Ariba, Central Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.). \nUtilize SAP Cloud ALM for: \nRequirement, task, and project management \nProcess documentation and traceability \nTest preparation and orchestration \nDeployment and transport governance \nOperations monitoring and continual improvement \nDrive testing cycles, migration activities, cutover plans, and golive. \nSupport enablement, training, and change management activities. \nLeadership & Stakeholder Engagement\nAct as functional lead for the procurement workstream in S/4HANA programs. \nMentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery teams. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external SAP partners. \nContinuous Improvement \nUse insights from CALM analytics and monitoring to improve service quality and process performance. \nPromote SAP innovations such as digital procurement tools, automation, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics. \nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nMinimum 7 years of professional and project experience in the area of SAP MM and S/4HANA Logistics (in particular in procurement to pay, as well as supply chain planning processes). \nProven track record as Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA implementations. \nStrong handson experience with: SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) \nGrow with SAP and/or Rise with SAP (must have)\nDeep functional knowledge of procurement, purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, sourcing, and inventory. \nExperience running FittoStandard workshops (Activate Explore phase). \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to lead functional teams across multiple countries or business units. \nFor this position, you must already have a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands.And we are particularly interested in candidates who are proficient in Dutch as well as English.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong leadership and consulting presence. \nThe mixture of initiative and eagerness to learn with sound analytical skills. \nExcellent communication with the ability to simplify complex technical topics. \nHigh ownership, accountability, and proactivity. \nWillingness to travel \nWhat Atos Offers\nCompetitive salary based on skill level and experience.\nPermanent employment contract.\n40-hour workweek (hybrid-working with homework allowance)\nRoom for personal development and excellent career opportunities.\nAn excellent pension plan and 8% holiday allowance.\nAn 8.33% year-end allowance.\nContribution to health insurance.\n29 vacation days.\nA sustainable transport policy, including 100% free travel to work by public transport (within the Netherlands) or € 0.23 per km.\nAccess to SAP certifications, training, and Atos learning programs.\nInternational, collaborative working culture.\nCafeteria system, see below\nCafeteria system allows employees to tailor specific labor conditions to individual preferences, such as extra holiday hours/cash/pension accrual.
