This role partners with customers to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDemonstrate a high-level understanding of the application development lifecycle and SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks.\nProvide strong customer-facing and consultative engagement, delivering high-quality outcomes through excellent technical and interpersonal capabilities.\nLead solution design activities, development support, testing strategies, proof of concepts (PoCs), and migration planning considerations.\nDesign and architect scalable, distributed, on-premises, and cloud-based services and applications that integrate across multiple technologies.\nLead the successful implementation of architectural designs while managing expectations, risks, governance, and adherence to best practice principles.\nPartner with business stakeholders to analyze and solve complex challenges, presenting solution options and technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.\nDevelop reliable technical solution plans, including estimations and optimized delivery approaches.\nCollaborate with business and cross-functional teams to ensure governance, compliance, and architectural alignment.\nAnalyze complex functional and non-functional requirements, making appropriate design adjustments and providing effort estimations.\nDefine, develop, and maintain reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns.\nIdentify emerging and disruptive technologies that can deliver measurable business value.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.\nSupport digital transformation initiatives, including technology and application rationalization efforts.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n8-10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on application hosting, solution architecture, and design.\nMinimum of 5 years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience, including solution design and platform architecture.\nMinimum Required Skills\nProven experience delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex business challenges.\nStrong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs.\nSolid knowledge of modern web technologies, including:HTML\nCSS\nXML\nJavaScript/AJAX\n\nExtensive experience designing and supporting third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform using:REST\nSOAP\nSFTP\nMID Server\nRelated integration technologies\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of enterprise technical components and security technologies, including:LDAP\nSingle Sign-On (SSO)\nSSL\nOther security and infrastructure technologies\n\nStrong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a high-performance delivery environment.\nCertifications\nRequired and preferred certifications include:\nITIL v2 or ITIL v3 Foundations\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow ITSM\nServiceNow ITOMDiscovery Implementation Specialist\nCMDB\n\nServiceNow ITAMHAM (Hardware Asset Management)\nSAM (Software Asset Management)\n\nPreferred Certifications\nAny of the following certifications will be considered an advantage:\nHRSD\nCAD\nVR\nSO\nIRM\nGRC\nOther relevant ServiceNow certifications\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
