The consultant is responsible for configuring, developing, and implementing platform capabilities while supporting the successful delivery of the solution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrimary focus areas: ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB & GRC\nOther focus areas: HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS Solutions, Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)\nSupporting functional design workshops and contributing to the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements\nWorking closely with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions\nContributing to the technical delivery, including configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions\nCollaborating with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams to support client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions Hands-on technical implementation using technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, etc.)\nYour Expertise:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline\nExperience: Hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (approximately 18-36 months), or 3+ years of experience with similar ITSM tools.\nMinimum Required Skills\nExperience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators.\nMust have solid understanding and experience in using several web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX and developing integrations with the ServiceNow platform using web services, SOAP, email, MID, plugins.\nKnowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.\nAbility to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing.\nPreferred Skills ITSM CMDB.\nCertification ITSM CMDB CSA.\nHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
