The ATC engineering team builds and runs it, and is moving to an AI-driven development lifecycle (AIDLC), where AI agents take on more of the specification, build, and test work, guided and reviewed by engineers\nThe role\nAs Engineering Team Lead for ATC, you lead a team of engineers that builds AI-first workforce management software for small and mid-sized businesses. You are responsible for your people, for how the team delivers, and for taking the team to an AI-driven way of building software.\nLead and grow your team - hire, coach, and retain engineers, hold regular 1:1s and development conversations, and build a culture of ownership, trust, and accountability.\nDrive AIDLC in your team - move the team from AI-assisted coding to AI-driven delivery: spec-driven development, AI agents that build and test, and clear human-in-the-loop review.
