This individual will act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, while also supporting the Head of Revenue Operations leader in managing the team from time to time. The role is critical in driving forecast accuracy, performance analytics, structured reviews, and scalable operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities \nForecasting & Pipeline Management\nLead and standardize the forecasting process across segments in collaboration with Sales Leaders\nTrack pipeline hygiene, conversion, and coverage to identify risks and upsides\nDeliver scenario-based forecast modeling and performance insights\nQuarterly Business Reviews\nDrive QBR preparation including bookings, pipeline analysis, and forecast commentary\nPartner with leadership to ensure insights are translated into action plans\nGTM Planning\nServe as the lead Revenue Operations partner to Sales Leadership\nSupport headcount planning, territory planning, quota design, and goal-to-pipeline alignment\nDeliver ad-hoc reporting, performance diagnostics, and planning support\nTeam Leadership\nMentor a junior team members within the RevOps team supporting Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams\nDrive consistency and efficiency across all partner-led reviews and reports\nFoster a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, enablement, and strategic value\nSystems, Tools & Analytics\nServe as a subject matter expert on Salesforce (CRM) - ensuring data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process compliance\nLeverage Tableau (preferred) for dashboard creation and pipeline visibility\nWork cross-functionally with GTM Systems and Data teams to align tools, metrics, and automation\nKey Requirements \n Education:\nGraduate in any discipline (required)\n MBA is a plus (especially in Business Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or Operations)\nExperience:\n4-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Partnering roles\n Prior experience in a Revenue Operations Business Partner (BP) role\nProven success in forecasting, business reviews, and stakeholder management\nStrong leadership capabilities with experience managing ops or analyst teams\nTechnical Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred)\nWorking knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred)\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting best practices\nOur Benefits \nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for professional growth and development\nA collaborative and innovative work environment\nOver 15,000 well-known customers | Sustainable growth of over 10% | Over 30% EBIT | Listed on the German Stock Market: SDax & TecDax | Security & stability\nAt Atoss, great talent knows no limits.
