This role ensures data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Enablement, while building scalable analytics frameworks that support predictable revenue growth.\nThis profile builds logically on the senior analyst role, adding leadership, governance ownership, and cross-functional orchestration.\nIdeal Candidate Persona\nA strategic thinker who can guide a team, shape analytical foundations, influence senior leaders, and build unified revenue insights to steer the organization toward predictable, scalable growth.\nWhat This Role Owns:\nLeadership, coaching, and development of the RevOrg Analyst team.\nStrategic design of all RevOrg KPIs, dashboards, performance frameworks.\nGovernance of forecasting, attribution models, productivity analytics.\nExecutive-ready reporting and insights for GTM leadership.\nData standards, data quality initiatives, and cross-team alignment.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Leadership & Team Management\nLead, mentor, and grow the RevOrg Analyst team.\nDefine analytical standards and ensure consistently high-quality deliverables.\nPrioritize workloads and manage cross-functional requests effectively.\n2. Strategic Revenue Analytics Ownership\nOwn and evolve all revenue KPIs, dashboards, and definitions across GTM teams.\nGuide forecasting, scoring, attribution, and productivity analytics.\nDeliver executive-ready insight summaries and recommendations.\n3. Cross-Functional Alignment\nCollaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, RevOps, CRM, and Enablement to align on data structures, metrics, and reporting.\nEnsure consistent definitions and a unified source of truth across all GTM functions.\n4. Data Quality & Governance Leadership\nCo-own data governance frameworks, including field definitions and data standards.\nDrive data quality programs and ensure strong pipeline hygiene and process compliance.\n5.
