This role acts as the analytical engine of RevOrg, enabling alignment across the full customer lifecycle. \nIdeal Candidate Persona\nA highly analytical problem solver who enjoys diagnosing funnel issues, building scalable reporting structures, explaining performance patterns to non-technical stakeholders, and directly enabling revenue teams to operate more efficiently.\nWhat This Role Owns\nEnd-to-end revenue analytics (funnel, lifecycle, performance trends).\nForecasting analysis, scenario modeling, and variance explanations.\nMulti-touch attribution and marketing performance analytics.\nSales productivity insights and enablement impact measurement.\nData quality and governance working with CRM, Marketing Ops & Sales Ops.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. End-to-End Revenue Analytics\nBuild and maintain dashboards covering the full lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Renewal/Expansion).\nAnalyze funnel conversion trends, segment performance, and pipeline health.\nPerform root-cause analyses to identify friction points and recommend improvements.\nSupport forecasting through trend modeling, scenario analysis, and variance explanations\n2. Attribution & Marketing-Performance\nDevelop and refine multi-touch attribution models.\nMeasure channel performance using metrics like ROAS, Cost per Opportunity, and LTV:CAC.\nEvaluate A/B test results for campaigns, landing pages, and nurture flows.\n3.Sales Productivity & Enablement Analytics\nAnalyze sales activity, content usage, and training adoption.\nIdentify patterns influencing productivity, cycle length, and win rates.\nProvide data-driven recommendations for enablement and coaching.\n4.
