As a Technical Documentation Engineer AI, you will own and continuously improve our documentation toolchain, with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with technical writing experience to make the way we create, manage and deliver documentation smarter and more efficient.\nKey Responsibilities \nDocumentation toolchain\nConfigure, operate and maintain our documentation systems, particularly MadCap IXIA CCMS and Fluid Topics\nAdapt and optimize our toolchain as requirements evolve\nEvaluate new features and technologies and determine how they can improve our documentation environment\nAI integration\nDrive the integration of AI into our documentation toolchain to improve quality, efficiency and user experience\nIdentify, evaluate and implement practical AI use cases for technical documentation\nTechnical expertise & support\nBe the technical point of contact for our Technical Writers on tools and systems\nSupport the team with troubleshooting, guidance and training\nWork closely with Development, Product Management and other teams on documentation-related technical topics\nTechnical writing\nContribute to technical writing when needed and stay close to the day-to-day work of the documentation team\n\nKey Requirements \nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and working with a Component Content Management System (CCMS), ideally MadCap IXIA CCMS\nStrong knowledge of XML and DITA\nPractical experience in technical writing\nExperience with Content Delivery Platforms such as Fluid Topics is a plus\nA strong interest in AI and hands-on motivation to apply it to technical documentation and documentation workflows\nA proactive approach to improving tools, processes and ways of working\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Technical Writers, Development and Product Management\nA collaborative and supportive way of working\nOur Benefits \nCompetitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program. \nStructured Onboarding & Continuous Leadership Development: Clear career paths onboarding through Expert & Leadership Tracks, plus access to ATOSS Academy. \n Flexible Work Culture: Hybrid options (remote within the EU) and 30 days of vacation.\nEngaging Team Environment: Seasonal company events, team retreats, and an in-house barista in Munich. \nHealth & Wellbeing: Including regular check-ups, corporate wellness programs, and Wellhub membership. \n Stability & Growth: Company listed on SDAX & TecDAX, with 19+ years of record-breaking revenue and a 30%+ EBIT margin.
