For over 40 years, ATP has been the leader in professional flight training and supplying pilots to regional and major airlines.\nJob Summary\n Provides a great experience for students, instructors, and employees by ensuring all facilities are well equipped and well maintained to ensure an efficient, productive and enjoyable place to train and work.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCoordinate routine repairs, service requests, and preventive-maintenance activities across ATP’s nationwide network of facilities.\nReceive, document, prioritize, assign, and follow through on facility maintenance issues through completion.\nObtain vendor quotes, schedule service providers, confirm work scope, and monitor quality, timeliness, and cost.\nCoordinate facility needs, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, paint, flooring, landscaping, furniture, signage, cleaning, and general building upkeep.\nServe as a point of contact for local staff, landlords, airport/FBO personnel, property managers, and service vendors regarding facility issues.\nInterface with property owners and/or managers for leased properties\nRespond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving ATP facilities\nCompletes other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\n High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, construction management, or a related field preferred.\nTwo to four years of experience coordinating facilities, property management, maintenance operations, construction administration, vendor management, or multi-site retail/service operations. \nExperience managing work orders, vendor invoices, service contracts, and repair quotes preferred.\nExperience supporting multiple locations or a geographically dispersed portfolio strongly preferred.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nOrganization & Time Management - strong organization and follow-through; able to manage a high volume of open items across multiple locations.\nAnalytical Problem-Solving - able to research, analyze, identify viable options, and make thoughtful recommendations considering risk and short-term/long-term impact.\nTeam Orientation & Interpersonal - ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members, management, and other company staff.\nCommunication - able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.\nCustomer Service - able to personally provide high level of interactive service to targeted vendors and internal staff, building relationships and acting as liaison between both.\nComputer Usage - able to utilize internal computer systems.\nBenefits\nATP offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:\nStarting pay commensurate with experience\nEmployer Paid Life Insurance\nMedical coverage \nDental/Vision/Life Insurance\nCritical Illness and Accident Insurance\nShort-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance\n401(k) Enrollment (100% Vested with no employer contributions)\n8 Paid Holidays\n13 Paid Time Off Days per Year (PTO is earned on an accrual-basis)\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
