Your job will be to support the\nimplementation and maintenance of the data architecture for all\nProgram Data associated with an R&D program.\n- The R&D program is focused on using Artificial Intelligence/Machine\nLearning (AI/ML) algorithms and models, particularly Computer\nVision, applied to Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance\n(ISR) sensors and platforms for object detection, object tracking,\nobject classification, and pattern detection. The program involves\ndeveloping, testing, fielding, and integrating Computer Vision\nmodels for geospatial data.\n-\n- Build, test, and maintain databases and large-scale, complex data\nprocessing systems\n- Build database tables and schemas\n- Establish data health alerts\n- Setup data pipelines to support Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)\nof GEOINT or sensor data\n- Maintain data backend workflows across various systems\n- Develop workflows to enable API-based movement of data between\nplatforms\n- Validate new data adheres to specified data schemas, formats, and\ngovernance requirements\n- Populate, manage, and maintain metadata standards for datasets\n- Manipulate and analyze data using Python\n- Build data visualizations, dashboards, or lightweight Web\napplications to communicate key insights\n- Other Information:\n- Occasional travel may be required outside of the DC area to support\nevents or exercises\n- Local travel may be required to attend meetings at government\nfacilities\n- Surge support may be needed at times to support crisis situations\n- Work is located at CTR facility\n- Work schedule is flexible, but a good amount of team collaboration\nis required which generally occurs M-F from 0900-1500 EST and team\nmembers should do their best to be reachable during those core hours\n-\nSkills/Qualifications:\nRequired:\n- Strong background in data architecture and data science\n- Prior experience working with cloud architectures, maintaining SQL\nand no-SQL databases, programming APIs, and data version control\nmanagement (minimum 4 years’ experience)\n- Scripting ability with Python, JavaScript, or Java (Python most\npreferred)\n- Ability to develop, maintain, and monitor operational data pipelines\nacross multiple data formats and interfaces\n- Strong communication skills that allow you to engage with a variety\nof technical and non-technical audiences\n- TS/SCI with CI Poly, but we can consider TS candidates with\neligibility for SCI and CI Polygraph (we can sponsor your SCI and CI\npoly if you don't already have them)\n- 15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree\n- (substitutions are allowed for different types of degrees, and\nmany things can be applied towards experience -
