Based on this\nunderstanding, your technical background, and IC domain knowledge, you\nwill build modern analytic processes, new solutions, scripts and data\nmodeling content. You will utilize advanced tools for\ndata examination and identify trends to address complex DoD and IC\nchallenges.\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Apply exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques to extract\ninsights, patterns, and correlations from complex datasets\n- Create processes around large data sets to identify analytical\ndiscoveries\n- Create visualizations for those discoveries that are easily\nintegrated into daily operations.\n- Engage with both structured and unstructured datasets in a modeling\nand analytics context to develop efficient processes for evaluating\ncomplex data sources and addressing unique intelligence challenges\n- Use big data tools to process and interpret diverse datasets,\ngenerating meaningful insights\n- Python Scripting\n- Lead and contribute to the creation of new solutions, as well as the\nenhancement of existing ones\n- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and program managers\nto break down road map items into actionable tasks, frameworks and strategies to inform\nboth data management and analytical activities\nRequired Qualifications:\n- Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for CI Polygraph (we can\nsponsor your CI poly if you don't already have one)\n- 7 years of experience and a BS degree (substitutions of experience,\neducation, and certifications/training are allowed and will be\nconsidered)\n- Background supporting Intelligence Community operations (either as\nan analyst or a data scientist to support -INT related missions)\n- Must be able to script at a Senior Level in python.\n- Hands-on experience with data mining\n- Ability to work with large datasets of structured and unstructured\ndata with the ability to create processes to identify analytical\ndiscoveries\n- Must be able to create visualizations for data discoveries and\nprovide them in a way that is easily integrated into daily\noperations\n- Proficiency with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) statistical tools\nsuch as MapLarge, Tableau, or MATLAB for data visualization and\ncomplex statistical analysis\n- Ability to identify opportunities for system enhancements and new\nanalytic capabilities\n- Experience leveraging government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) data\nprocessing and analytics tools to modernize methodologies\n- Understanding of and hands-on experience with advanced analytical\nmethods, and a track record of applying them to meet client needs\n- Knowledge of multi-INT and specialized technology research methods\nto support operational needs\n- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain\ntechnical details in an accessible way\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- Programming experience with other languages or low/code-no/code\npograms\n- HTML5/JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, ArcObjects,ArcModel Builder,\nArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, ArcIMS, JEMA, Brewlytics,\nGIScience, or Statistical tools\n- Experience in programming for web interfaces and geodatabase\ndevelopment using .NET, Python, C++, or Java\n- Prior experience with maintaining or developing databases\n- Proficiency in visualizing data through Matrix or Network Analytics,\ngraphical data tools, and creating operational pictures that support\nassessments and intelligence
