NCIS is the DON component with primary\nresponsibility for criminal investigation, law enforcement (LE),\ncounter-terrorism (CT), counterintelligence (CI), and cyber matters.\nNCIS not only has primary responsibility for all criminal investigative,\nCI, CT, and cyber matters within the DON, but it also has exclusive\ninvestigative jurisdiction in non-combat matters involving actual,\npotential, or suspected criminal, terrorism, sabotage, espionage, and\nsubversive activities.\nRole Overview\nAs a Systems Administrator, the work you’ll do will be impactful to the\nmission of the IT Technology Development division within the NCIS ITD\norganization in Quantico, VA.\n- Administer, manage, and maintain Windows servers 2016 and 2019\n- Responsible for Windows Server patching in an operational\nenvironment\n- Experience with one or more of the following: Domain controllers,\nActive Directory, DNS servers, DHCP and Group Policy Object\n- Create, manage, and maintain accounts and groups in Active\nDirectory, LDAP\n- Experience with PowerShell scripting\n- Monitors system environments and resources\n- Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and documents problems with business\napplications and hardware on all enclaves\n- Experience deploying DISA STIGs controls and system compliance\n- Oversees system recovery mechanisms\n- Exhibit the capability to resolve issues independently\n- Coordinate, communicate, escalate required changes, and major issues\n- Help diagnose and resolve computer-related problems as requested by\nemployees and contractors, either in person or by using remote\ncontrol software\n- Respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical support\n- Accurately documents all work in ServiceNow\nKey Responsibilities\nN/A\nRequirements:\nBring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation.
