This senior,\nproduction-facing role is responsible for the operational health of\ninfrastructure, line-of-business applications, and platform services.\nThe primary focus of this position is to serve as the escalation point\nfor complex platform issues, ensuring ownership through resolution while\ncontinuously improving client environments.\nResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nServe as escalation point for complex infrastructure, application, and\nplatform issues across multi-tenant client environments.\nTriage, configure, and tune monitoring and alerting platforms to\nreduce noise and prevent incidents.\nDiagnose and restore line-of-business applications including payroll,\nHR systems, and .NET services.\nManage Windows Server environments including disk remediation,\nservices, Event Viewer diagnostics, file shares, and IIS logs.\nPerform SQL Server operational tasks including permissions, health\nchecks, and integrity checks.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online including mail flow,\nlicensing, and PowerShell management.\nManage identity lifecycle across Active Directory and Entra ID\nenvironments.\nConfigure and troubleshoot DNS and email authentication systems\nincluding SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.\nAdminister firewall and VPN environments, specifically FortiGate\ntechnologies.\nManage endpoint environments including RDP/RDS/AVD and Intune/MDM\npolicies.\nLead client change management processes including scheduling,\napprovals, and deployments.\nCoordinate P1 incident response and vendor escalations with clear\ncommunication to stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate ticket lifecycle management within ITSM platforms.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment at a\nsenior or Level 3 capacity.\nStrong expertise in Windows Server administration, including Group\nPolicy and Hyper-V.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.\nExperience managing Active Directory and Entra ID environments.\nKnowledge of email authentication and DNS management.\nFirewall and VPN administration experience, preferably FortiGate.\nExperience with RMM platforms and endpoint support tools.\nSQL Server operational experience.\nPowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nExperience supporting multi-tier business applications.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with payroll, HR, or financial systems such as MPAY,\nPrismHR, or Sage 50.\nFamiliarity with public safety or CAD systems.\nMicrosoft Azure infrastructure experience.\nExperience with FSLogix, RDSH, and profile container management.\nIIS administration experience.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft GCC High environments.\nmacOS support
