This can be a rewarding opportunity to join a fast-growing customer service-oriented team.\nYour Responsibilities:\nTriage all client IT/Networking printer/copier calls. \nPrior experience in maintaining and repairing copiers and printers, experience with Canon Machines, Canon Production Machines, and ImagePress Machines are highly desired. Production and Wide Format certifications are a plus. \nTroubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area. \nService customers in the Baltimore-Washington area.\nProvide exceptional customer service to clients and end users. \nYour Qualifications:\nPrevious experience servicing printers/copiers is required, preferably Canon.\nCertification in any of the following is highly desired: Canon ATSP Certification (ATSP)\n Canon Certified Technician (CCT)\n Advanced Office Imaging (AOI)\nG7 orG7+ Expert Certification\nPRISMAsync Certified Professional\nCanon Factory-Trained and Certified Service Technician\nCanon imagePRESS Specialist certification\nFiery Certified Professional/Expert\n Fogra Process Standard Digital (PSD) Certification\n MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT)\n\nA positive professional demeanor with a Team Spirit \nMust possess excellent verbal and technical communication skills. \nStrong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things. \nProficiency in computer skills, particularly network protocols, Microsoft Office applications, and desktop technology. \nHigh school diploma or equivalent. \nMust be at least 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence. \nHV Imaging provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
