To perform this job successfully\nand effectively, an individual must be able to perform each essential\nduty satisfactorily.\n- Strategically guide the program, tracking schedules to ensure timely\ndelivery within budget and meeting customer standards and\ncontractual obligations.\n- Lead, mentor, and manage diverse managed team of IT and OT\nprofessionals, fostering an environment of professionalism,\ninnovation, and excellence.\n- Partner with customer Program Management, finance, and Customer’s\ncontract and procurement management to ensure effective program\nsupport, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service\nintegrity.\n- Direct the technical strategy, and establish best IT/OT Service\npractices.\n- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, keeping\nahead of industry trends and integrating new technologies and\nmethodologies as appropriate.\n- Maintain clear communication across all teams and departments,\nensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals and\npriorities.\n- Display adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as\nneeded, proactively responding to changing business and management\ndemands.\n- Respond to customer inquiries and related correspondence. Provide\ninput to schedulers, procurement and contracts for look-ahead\ncoordination, and manage staffing to ensure customer satisfaction\nand schedule compliance\n- The managed program will involve the implementation of 60+ systems\nso multi-tasking will be required.\n- The customer requires weekly reports and in-depth knowledge on any\nof the multitude of systems being implemented.\n- Will travel within Client’s territory and must have reliable\ntransportation.\n- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.\n- Responsible for maintenance and fees of the transportation vehicle.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n- Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional\n(PMP),\n- Experience in working with OT and IT based technologies for a large\nelectric utility.\n- Knowledge of programmatic processes such as ITIL, SPI, and EVM.\n- Experience in support of the Utility Industry\n- Working knowledge of how schedules work with ability to interpret\nand use Gantt chart-based data from such tools as P6 and MS Project.\n- Ability to track multiple tasks over long periods of time ensuring\ncustomer change management and business rhythms are not disrupted.\n- Proficient in managing hybrid teams with Customer, TRC and\ncontracted personnel.\n- Demonstrated success in delivering complex managed services on time\nand within budget.\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability\nto working alongside other program management to transform business\nrequirements into high-quality service solutions.\n- Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities, skilled at\nmotivating and guiding teams through complex customer environments\nand business cycles.\n- High degree of adaptability, capable of shifting focus to meet\nevolving business and management needs.\n- Strategic and analytical thinker with the capacity to make\ndata-driven decisions and address challenges efficiently.\n- Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle a dynamic,\nfast-paced workload\n- Excellent organizational skills\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related\nfield. Master’s degree preferred.\n- Minimum of 10 years in IT or OT Services Support, with extensive\nexperience in developing custom solutions and providing high level\ncustomer satisfaction.
