This role leads schedule development, progress integration, risk analysis, and reporting across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will ensure that critical path activities are accurate, coordinated, and supported by clear logic and field-validated data.\nResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze the Primavera P6 schedule for a large-scale data center project. \nBuild detailed WBS structures, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties that reflect real sequencing. \nCoordinate weekly updates with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning teams. \nValidate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations with field leadership. \nPrepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risks, and recommended actions. \nSupport schedule risk reviews and scenario modeling for major constraints or delays. \nMaintain baseline integrity, track variances, and identify early-warning indicators. \nPartner with procurement to integrate long-lead equipment and delivery paths. \nAlign the construction schedule with commissioning sequences for critical power and mechanical systems. \nEnsure documentation, narratives, and audit records are complete and accurate. \nRequirements:\n5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital projects. \nStrong background in data centers, heavy electrical, or heavy mechanical construction. \nExpert proficiency in Primavera P6. \nAbility to work directly with field teams to validate logic and durations. \nStrong understanding of commissioning workflows, critical path flow, and equipment startup. \nExcellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex schedule issues. \nEnvironment:\nFull-time on-site support at a large data center project in Greater Atlanta, Georgia. \nHigh collaboration with field supervision, project management, commissioning, and trade partners. \nRequires regular participation in coordination meetings and site walks. \nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred. \nATR is an Equal
