You will plan, design, execute and analyze performance\ntests across Salesforce Orgs, Integrations, API’s and custom components\nto validate system behavior under peak and sustained loads.\nResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):\n- Developing performance test strategies specific to Salesforce\napplications on Service cloud and Experience cloud.\n- Building and executing performance test scripts using tools such as\nJMeter, LoadRunner etc.\n- Simulating user loads for Salesforce User Interface, Experience\ncloud portals, API integrations, and batch/async processes.\n- Validating response times, throughput, latency, governor limits,\nplatform events and async queue responses and document performance\ndefects with detailed reproduction steps and logs.\n- Capturing, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics related to\nApex, SOQL queries, flows, REST/SOAP APIs, LWC Components etc.\n- Evaluating integration performances across external API’s,\nAWS/Snowflake data fetches and authentication flows.\n- Working with developers, architects and cross functional teams to\noptimize performance across code, configurations, integrations and\ncaching etc. and to set up more advanced monitoring as need to\nanalyze system performance.\n- Validating scalability for high traffic public portals, high volume\nAPI’s, seasonal surges and enterprise releases.\n- Participating in Agile software development initiatives (standup,\nplanning, grooming, estimation) to support innovation and\nenhancement of applications through iteration/functionality testing.\n- Conducting peer reviews of test cases and test documents.\nRequirements:\n- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification preferred\n- Selected candidate must be available to work M-F 9AM-5PM Eastern\nStandard Time (EST) and will be expected to actively attend and\nparticipate in DAILY meetings.\n- Selected candidate cannot work on side-projects/part-time roles.\n- Must have the willingness and ability to obtain a Federal T4 Public\nTrust after starting.\n- 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4\nyears of Salesforce performance testing experience.\n- Hands on experience working and understanding large, complex\nSalesforce projects, with proficiency in navigating Salesforce and\ncomprehensive understanding of Salesforce terminology.\n- Expertise in QA Test management on Salesforce, including functional\nand non-functional testing, and executing Test Plans and Regression\nTest Suites, including UI, back end, components and integrations,\nusing Web and API automation\n- Hands-on experience developing automation test scripts from scratch\nand performing other test automation activities.\n- Experience using tools like Micro Focus/OpenText, Performance Center\n(LoadRunner), Selenium Webdriver, and Cucumber with RESTful\nservices, integrating them with Jenkins/GitHub.\n- Expert experience developing testing documentation, such as Test\nSummary Reports and requirements traceability reports, and analyzing\nperformance test reports to identify application and infrastructure\nperformance issues and bottlenecks as well as assess and optimize\nnetwork performance for maximum efficiency.\n- Experience testing Salesforce-to-Snowflake ETL/ELT pipeline\nperformance.\n- Knowledge of API integration performance testing (REST, SOAP,\nGraphQL).\n- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration for automated performance\ntesting.\n- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills,\nwith a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics\nto various stakeholders, management levels, and non-technical\naudiences\n- Must have resided within the United States at least three (3) out of\nthe last five (5) years.\nDesired Qualifications:\n- Experience working and/or interfacing with the Centers for Medicare\nand Medicaid Services (CMS).\n- Ability to resolve issues with little oversight;
