nimble, adaptive organizations\nfocused on delivering measurable business value.\n- Lead SAFe adoption and enterprise-level Agile practices.\n- Collaborate with leadership to implement Lean Portfolio Management\n(LPM) and redefine financial management practices.\n- Establish alignment between SAFe principles and enterprise\nobjectives.\nProgram Execution and Coordination:\n- Coordinate complex, cross-team program execution efforts by applying\nLean-Agile principles.\n- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, I&A workshops,\nand Scrum of Scrums.\n- Develop program-level roadmaps and ensure alignment with task order\nrequirements.\n- Manage cross-task order feature dependencies.\nIntegration and Dependency Management:\n- Oversee task order integration to deliver seamless, fully integrated\nsolutions across systems.\n- Develop integration strategies and facilitate end-to-end testing.\n- Leverage system thinking to identify, manage, and resolve\ncross-system dependencies across Task Orders and teams.\nTeam Enablement and Development:\n- Coach and train Agile teams, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters\nin SAFe best practices.\n- Mentor less experienced team members and foster a culture of\ntransparency and high performance.\n- Cultivate Agile coaching strategies and promote continuous learning\nacross teams throughout the organization.\n-\nEnable teams to adopt DevOps and continuous delivery pipelines as\npart of their Agile practices.\nRisk and Impediment Management:\n- Proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and\norganizational impediments.\n- Lead Lean problem-solving workshops with stakeholders and teams to\ntackle systemic challenges.\nStakeholder and Relationship Management:\n- Act as a liaison between Agile Release Trains (ARTs), business\nowners, and senior leadership.\n- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\n- Create and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders to\nsupport enterprise system integration and delivery.\nGovernance and Compliance:\n- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, SAFe principles, and\nregulatory requirements.\n- Establish governance frameworks for Lean Portfolio Management,\nensuring visibility into enterprise prioritization and resource\nallocation.\nMetrics and Continuous Improvement:\n- Track performance using Agile metrics and facilitate Agile maturity\nassessments.\nDevOps and Delivery Optimization:\n- Advocate DevOps practices (e.g., automation, continuous delivery\npipelines) across teams and task orders.\n- Develop strategies to integrate Agile practices with DevOps\napproaches, driving faster and more reliable delivery cycles.\nRequired Qualifications\n- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or\nrelated discipline.\n- Certifications preferred:\n- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)\n- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)\n- Experience:\n- 10 years experience with 5+ years in roles such as Scrum Master,\nRTE, or Agile Coach, with at least 4 years in complex\nenvironments.\n- Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide SAFe\ntransformations and establishing strategic alignment across\nmultiple ARTs/ Task Orders/ Teams.\n- Proven record of leading enterprise Agile transformations and\nimplementing SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.\n- Advanced certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe\nAgilist (SA), or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM).\n- Expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and Agile tools (e.g.,\nJira, Confluence, Rally).\n- Strong ability to engage and influence senior leadership.\n- Experience coaching enterprise teams through cultural shifts and\nAgile maturity.\n- Demonstrated success with facilitating large-scale Agile\nceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Stakeholder Demos).\n- Expertise in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitLab,\nServiceNow, Azure IT Service Management).\n- Deep understanding of Agile coaching techniques and team\nenablement strategies.\n- Experience leading organizations during IT modernization and\nAgile-at-scale portfolio transformations.\nClearance: Active security clearance
