This role is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated CPM schedule from mobilization through construction and closeout, providing the project team with a disciplined, defensible source of truth for schedule health, critical path status, and risk.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical scheduling skills with clear, executive-ready reporting and the judgment to flag emerging issues before they become delays.\nResponsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules for a complex life sciences facility. \nBuild detailed WBS, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties aligned with design, construction, and CQV workflows. \nManage weekly schedule updates through coordination with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning teams. \nValidate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations through regular coordination with the project team. \nPrepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risks, and recommended actions. \nSupport scenario modeling, schedule risk reviews, and recovery planning. \nMaintain baseline schedules, track variances, and apply structured change management. \nIntegrate long-lead equipment, procurement milestones, FAT/SAT timelines, and turnover packages. \nEnsure alignment between construction, MEP system handover, and CQV sequencing. \nMaintain high-quality documentation, narratives, and audit-ready records. \nRequirements:\n5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital or life sciences projects. \nStrong proficiency in Primavera P6. \nExperience supporting projects with heavy MEP, process systems, and commissioning requirements. \nClear understanding of CQV workflows, system handover, and startup logic. \nStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex schedule issues for leadership. \nRemote-first with up to 25% travel to New Jersey \nRegular coordination with design, construction, procurement, CQV, and owner teams. \nPeriodic site visits for schedule alignment and validation. \nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred. \nATR is an
