Responsibilities:\n- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows,\nbusiness rules, client scripts, and integrations.\n- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB,\nITOM, or custom applications depending on business needs.\n- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server,\nand Integration Hub.\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the grooming,\nestimation, and execution of development tasks.\n- Collaborate with platform architects and administrators to implement\nbest practices for performance, scalability, and security.\n- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve\nplatform issues.\n- Create and maintain technical documentation including requirements,\ndesign specs, test plans, and release notes.\n- Support ServiceNow upgrades by validating changes, updating\ncustomizations, and ensuring platform compatibility.\n- Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, internal controls, and\ngovernance standards.\n- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and contribute to\ncontinuous improvement of the platform.\nRequired Qualifications:\n- Hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow\nplatform.\n- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development\nframeworks.\n- Experience with workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules,\nScript Includes, and UI policies.\n- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML data\nstructures.\n- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB,\netc.).\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in\nan Agile environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS\n(ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/etc.).\n- Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Integration Hub, and Scoped\nApplications.\n- Background in developing enterprise applications or supporting\nlarge-scale ITSM programs.\n- Knowledge of ServiceNow security and role-based access controls\n(RBAC).\n- Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or automated\ntesting.\nSoft Skills:\n- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.\n- Detail-oriented with good analytical and documentation skills.\n- Ability to translate business requirements into technical
