usability of\nSharePoint pages and published content.\n- Create and maintain visually compelling digital products that\nimprove information sharing and user engagement.\n- Provide graphic design, publishing, and media support for a wide\nvariety of materials, including layouts, illustrations, charts,\ngraphs, logos, infographics, and photos.\n- Create and edit visual content for strategic plans, leadership\nbriefs, training materials, outreach products, and general\ninformation pages.\n- Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to enhance\norganizational content, reports, briefs, page\nlayouts, and visual identity across sites and publications.\n- Translate complex information into intuitive and visually effective\ncontent for a broad range of users.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\n- At least 5 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on\ndevelopment, and delivery of web-based applications.\n- 3-5 years of experience with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint SE.\n- Experience creating and customizing SharePoint workflows in\nSharePoint Designer.\n- Experience creating customized InfoPath forms.\n- Experience building and supporting all aspects of SharePoint,\nincluding sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web\nparts, content types and policies, lists, libraries, workflows,\nauthentication, security groups, permissions, and customizations.\n- Familiarity with third-party SharePoint applications.\n- Experience with SharePoint templates, customization, branding, and\nweb development, including HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, and\nJavaScript.\n- Strong SharePoint troubleshooting skills.\n- Strong documentation and communication skills.\n- Strong user interaction, requirements gathering, and business\nanalysis skills.\n- Understanding of SharePoint business intelligence capabilities.\n- Understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates.\n- Experience with PowerShell SharePoint module and scripting.\n- Experience with SharePoint application architecture and information\nmanagement.\n- Experience using SharePoint for document management and website\npublishing.\n- Experience in graphic design, visual communications, page layout,\nbranding, and publication support.\n- Experience creating infographics, charts, dashboards, and other\nvisual products for executive or organizational audiences.\n- Ability to balance technical SharePoint development with\nbusiness-facing design and publishing requirements.\n- Microsoft certifications preferred.\nRequired Qualifications:\n- 10+ years of related SharePoint development experience.\n- Demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint branding, page design,\nand user experience improvement.\n- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, infographic creation, and\nvisual content development.\n- Experience partnering with leadership, content owners, and technical\nteams to create polished, mission-focused digital products.\n- Strong organizational skills
