Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S.\n(including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in\nthe last 3 years.\nList of tasks to be performed:\n- Develop software requirement specification (SRS) documents to\nsupport functional requirements affecting the technical file\nspecifications (Mail.dat and Mail.XML).\n- Manage, update, and maintain all currently supported technical\nspecifications and guides and develop new ones as necessary in\nsupport of new or revised functionality across systems.\n- Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) to provide support to review\nTechnical Requirement Documents (TRD), develop and update test\nscripts, perform customer acceptance testing, perform production\nvalidation through smoke testing and functional testing, document\ntesting outcome and provide artifacts, provide TLSC documentation\nand Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).\n- Provide expert personnel to meet with and participate in mail\nindustry meetings/forums and Mailer Technical Advisory Committee\n(MTAC) workgroups, task groups and user groups.\n- Development of performance metrics to track and report status of\nCustomer Acceptance Testing.\n- Automated test script development\n- Develop training materials, Standard operating procedures (SOP) and\nguides as it relates to impacted CPPP applications.\n- Other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Experience Level:\n- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience, in technology or software\ndevelopment preferred.\n- Experience eliciting and documenting business process and\nrequirement.\n- Experience creating manual and automated test scripts, performing\ncustomer acceptance testing or user acceptance testing; document\ntest results, and providing test artifacts.\n- Experience performing production validation through smoke testing,\nregression testing, and functional testing; document test results,\nand providing test artifacts.\n- Experience working with data files and formats such as CSV, XML,\nJSON; and relational databases.\n- Experience with MS O365 tools: MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio,\nAccess, Workflow\n- Hands-on knowledge of scripting language such as SQL, Java, Python\n(optional)\n- Experience with API Testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or\nsimilar\n- Experience with software test management using Agile and/or\nWaterfall methodology.\n- Experience using automation tools\n- Software Testing certification is preferred.\nPreferred Experience:\n- Mail.DAT and Mail.XML are fundamental to the electronic data\nexchange of mailing information.
