This role supports a leading systems integrator and\nworks closely with field teams, commissioning teams, and the General\nContractor to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed, resource-loaded\nPrimavera P6 schedules. The Site Scheduler ensures accurate progress\ntracking, logic integrity, critical path visibility, and clear\nschedule-driven insight through installation and commissioning.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Develop, maintain, and update discipline-specific Primavera P6\nschedules for BMS, EPMS, low-voltage installation, and commissioning\nactivities.\n· Build and maintain detailed activity logic, sequencing, calendars,\nconstraints, and coding structures aligned with field execution and\ncommissioning workflows.\n· Apply and maintain labor and crew-based resource loading to support\nmanpower forecasting, productivity trending, and forward-looking\nanalysis.\n· Coordinate weekly schedule updates with automation engineers,\ncommissioning teams, subcontractors, and GC representatives.\n· Validate percent complete, actuals, remaining durations, and forecasts\nthrough direct field engagement and site walks.\n· Integrate discipline-level schedules into the General Contractor’s\nmaster schedule and support interface coordination across overlapping\nbuildings.\n· Monitor and maintain critical path and near-critical path activities\nrelated to power, controls, and system turnover.\n· Identify schedule risks, logic gaps, and sequencing conflicts and\nescalate impacts with recommended mitigation actions.\n· Prepare weekly schedule updates and written status narratives suitable\nfor distribution to the systems integrator, owner, and GC.\n· Support lookahead planning, commissioning readiness reviews, and\nrecovery planning discussions as required.\nRequirements\n· 5+ years of scheduling experience on complex construction or\nmission-critical projects.\n· Experience supporting data centers, building automation, controls,\nEPMS, or low-voltage systems strongly preferred.\n· Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, including logic\ndevelopment and resource loading.\n· Strong understanding of installation and commissioning sequencing for\npower and automation systems.\n· Ability to work directly with field teams to validate progress and\nrealistic durations.\n· Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to explain\nschedule impacts concisely.\n· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a\nrelated field preferred.\nBenefits\n· Competitive salary.\n· Health, dental, and vision coverage.\n· 401(k) program.\n· PTO and paid holidays.\n· Professional development support.\nWork Environment\n· Full-time on-site support at a large data center project in Ann Arbor,\nMichigan.\n· Daily collaboration with automation engineers, commissioning teams,\nfield supervision, and project management.\n· Requires regular participation in coordination meetings and site\nwalks.\nEqual Opportunity\nStelic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
