This role provides technical leadership for the\nconfiguration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise telephony\ninfrastructure, with responsibilities spanning operating systems,\nnetworking, security, and application support.\nJob-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\n- Manage and support enterprise telephony systems across these programs,\nincluding hardware, software, peripherals, and call applications such as\nWFO/WFM, CMS, and call recording platforms.\n- Install, configure, operate, monitor, and maintain enterprise\ninfrastructure, including web servers (e.g., IIS), application servers,\nand telecom hardware (e.g., Dell PowerEdge servers, Anaya J Series\nphones).\n- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to\ntelephony systems, Windows / Linux servers, network connectivity, and\nsystem integrations with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement telephony\nsolutions that ensure high availability, call quality, and compliance\nwith security and performance standards.\n- Apply regular and emergency patches to Windows / Linux Server\nenvironments to maintain security and compliance.\n- Perform system upgrades and migrations, including planning, testing,\nand execution.\n- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.\n- Coordinate with security teams to address audit findings and implement\nappropriate remediations.\n- Other tasks as assigned.\nJob-Specific Minimum Requirements:\n- Active Secret security clearance.\n- Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens can be considered.\nCandidates with dual citizenship cannot be considered.\n- 7+ years of relevant experience in systems administrator or systems\nengineering.\n- Experience with Windows / Linux Server environments, including\ninstallation, patching, and troubleshooting.\n- Experience with telephony platforms, including Avaya and call\nrecording/workforce management applications.\n- Experience with VMware environments, including ESXi and vCenter, for\ninstallation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ESXi certificate\nmanagement.\n- Networking experience includes IPv4 / IPv6, ports/protocols, and\nmonitoring.\n- Familiarity with remediation and validation of security\nvulnerabilities in a Windows / Linux Server environment.\n- Proficiency with managing and monitoring infrastructure, including\ntelephony peripherals and server systems.\n- Knowledge of client/server certificate management.\n- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Administration.\n- Candidates must reside within a commutable distance for daily onsite\nwork and on-call requirements.\n- This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime.\nCandidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements,\nincluding participation in a rotational on-call schedule.\nPreferred/Desirable Skills:\n- Prior DHS suitability\n- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Shell scripting)\n- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare)\n- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases\n- Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and Group
