We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to learn consulting. \nWe’re looking for someone who wants to become really good at it, fast. \nFOUR THINGS YOU’LL GET REALLY GOOD AT \n01 Design Experiences, Not Slide Decks \nHow do you design a workshop or learning journey that changes how people work on Monday, not just how they feel on Friday afternoon? \n02 Make Groups Work \nWhat does it take to lead a room of tired, sceptical or very opinionated people to a decision? Facilitation is a craft. You’ll practise it until the room is yours. \n03 Keep Complex Projects Moving \nClients, deadlines, stakeholders and a plan that never survives day one. Take ownership of a real piece of a customer project and deliver it. \n04 Run the Machine Behind the Magic \nHow does a consulting company win clients, get paid, hire great people and keep its tools running? Rotate through the teams that make it happen and fix something real. \nYOUR MISSION \nLearn the craft by doing it, not by watching it.\nRotate, so you see more than one way to get things done.\nGrow with a cohort, not alone.\nTrack A: Consulting Trainee \nYou will: \nSpend six months each in two of our three customer teams\nDesign workshops, learning formats and materials with real customers in mind\nCo-facilitate first, then lead your own sessions\nTake ownership of project work: planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting\nLearn how design, facilitation and project management fit together in one engagement\nTrack B: Corporate Service & Enablement Trainee \nYou will: \nRotate through Marketing & Sales, Finance, HR and IT\nWork on real tasks in each area, from sales process and proposals to project calculation, recruiting and onboarding, and the tool landscape\nLearn the consulting profession from the inside through the cohort and a stint in a customer team\nImprove something that makes atrain run better, and present it to our leadership at the end of the year\nBoth tracks \nStart together in a shared onboarding\nMeet your cohort every month for a Cohort Day\nHelp shape what becomes possible, not just what gets built\n WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT \nReal ownership from day one\nA cohort of four people who are learning exactly what you are learning\nAn EC Lead in every rotation and a senior mentor \nRegular skill checks and development conversations, so you always know where you stand\nA culture focused on impact rather than bureaucracy\nLong-term development opportunities far beyond the programme\nWe’re less interested in the perfect CV than in evidence that you can learn fast and work well with people.
