At each of our Institutes, we deliver personalized preventive medicine grounded in up-to-the-minute science - all in serene environments designed for trust and comfort.\nOverview\nWe are seeking a versatile and experienced Clinical Recruiter to join the Atria team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion of that time spent recruiting for clinical roles such as Mid-levels (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants), Registered Nurses (RNs), technicians, and Medical Assistants. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up. You'll manage multiple open clinical requisitions simultaneously across markets, prioritizing what matters most as needs shift. The recruiter will be based in our Manhattan office and will be on-site most days to collaborate with our teams and ensure we provide a high touch experience to our hiring managers and candidates.\nLead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions for our Atria locations\nBuild trusted, ongoing partnerships with hiring managers, including building job descriptions, overseeing the interview process, and aligning on hiring needs\nPartner with the People team and company leadership to develop and iterate innovative recruiting strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top-tier clinical talent\nAssist in recruiting for corporate roles such as accounting, customer care, sales, concierge, and other roles; as needed\nEnsure a positive, engaging candidate experience by maintaining consistent, timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.\nContinuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\nTrack and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies\nEvaluate candidates across the broader physician and team landscape to support strategic placement\nIdentify and implement tools, including AI-driven sourcing and workflow automation, to improve speed and quality of hiring\nRequirements\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with experience in clinical recruitment\nClinical recruitment experience successfully recruiting for clinical roles such as APPs, RNs, Radiology Technicians, or Medical Assistants\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to take feedback quickly and adjust approach\nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities\nExperience using AI tools or building automations to improve recruiting workflows is a plus\nExperience working with recruitment tools (Greenhouse, data scrapper tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.\nCommitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality\nCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job\nCompensation: $100,000 -
