• 15+ years’ experience
• Architect with Hands-on Coding ability
• offshore-onshore coordination
• Retail SCM (Warehouse management, Inventory, Order Management)
• Need to have 15+ years of experience in Java/Retail Doman (Retail - SCM )
• This needs to be stronger on technology. We need hands-ontechnical java guy with retail supply chain understanding and exposure.
• Onsite offshore communication skills isa must.
• Strong Technology Skills with Java / SQL (Hands ON a MUST)

• Strong working experience of Agile and Waterfall models
• Hands on Architect
