Top Skills/Must Haves:
- Advanced Excel skills - Creating Pivot Tables, etc..
- Claims Processing industry knowledge
- PL/SQL or Oracle or Toad experience - strong but don’t have to be Advanced
- Tableau - Not Advanced but need to have some experience working with it.
- Working with the Business - this role is 80% Technical but it is still a BA and they will still be working with the Business/Executives
Job Description:
Experience with reporting

Ability to resolve technical issues
Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL ( highly preferred)
Need experience with query based tool, for example: TOAD
Provide analytical support in synthesizing and reporting results
20% of this position the candidate will be querying data.
Need strong Business requirements experience ( but they will not be documenting requirements, just reviewing )
Need to have 5 + years of experience
Mortgage Industry/Finance background preferred
** I need a high level BA who is a self-starter and can work on their own to accomplish just about anything I put in front of them
Educational Background: Degree - Preferred
- Good comm skills are a big priority
