Apply now!\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nFive (5) or more years of driving experience and knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs. \nMust be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire. \nCommercial driver's license required to operate commercial size vehicles. \nAbility to operate a seven (7) to sixteen (16) passenger bus, unless otherwise required by Coterie or state law. \nAbility to operate a limousine or car, tire changing equipment, First Aid Kit, wheelchair lift, and dollies/hand trucks.\nExperience with vehicle emergency repairs, ability to change automobile tires and handle minor on-road maintenance. \nKnowledgeable of all streets within an 8-mile radius of the community. \nPosition requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).\nMust satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Coterie’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy standards.\nResponsibilities\nThe Driver delivers five-star transportation services at this luxury community. This individual is responsible for providing safe, courteous transportation service and serves as support staff for the Resident Engagement Director. This individual coordinates vehicle pre-maintenance, maintenance, and repairs to ensure vehicle longevity and guarantees that the community vehicles are always meticulously kept.\nHandle all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. \nDrive vehicle from community to social and other destinations according to assigned schedule. \nAssist residents in and out of vehicle(s) in a safe and respectful manner.\nSecure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.\nPractice safe driving techniques at all times. \nClean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories and report and coordinate vehicle maintenance repairs.\nEstablish and monitor daily and weekly trip inspection and preventative maintenance programs, as well as maintain records regarding the maintenance of all vehicles.\nDeliver groceries and other belongings to resident’s apartments.\nAssist the Resident Engagement Department in activities and programs as needed. \nEnsure charges are submitted to the business office daily for community travel expenses.\nMaintain a safe driving record according to Company guidelines.\nHandle emergency situations and basic First Aid.\nReport potentially unsafe conditions to the General Manager and/or Concierge Director.\nEscalate issues to management or other team members as required. \nMay perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. \nSalary Range\nThe wage range for this position is $23.00/hr -
