lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.\nImprove website user experience, engagement, SEO performance, and conversion funnels.\n\nWebsite Product Management: \nOwn and enhance the company's financial advisory website, ensuring seamless user journeys across web experiences.\nOptimize landing pages, calculators, blogs, dashboards, customer onboarding, and lead generation flows.\nWork closely with SEO, content, marketing, design, and engineering teams to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversions.\nDefine website KPIs, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, conversion rate, and organic growth.\n\nCustomer Research and Market Analysis: \nConduct customer interviews and usability testing and gather continuous customer feedback.\nAnalyze customer pain points and translate insights into impactful website and product features.\nPerform competitor benchmarking and stay updated on the latest trends in financial services, wealth management, fintech, and digital products.\nMonitor regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging investment products.\n\nFinancial Domain Expertise: \nStrong understanding of financial planning, wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, tax planning, retirement planning, and investment advisory.\nUnderstand customer financial journeys and advisory workflows.\nWork closely with financial advisors to build products that enhance customer outcomes.\n\nProduct Development and Execution: \nWrite detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCollaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, SEO, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.\nManage product backlogs and sprint priorities using Agile methodologies.\nTrack KPIs and product performance to drive continuous improvements.\n\nAI and Modern Product Management: \nUnderstand AI-assisted product workflows and identify opportunities to integrate AI into customer experiences and internal processes.\nLeverage AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, prioritization, research, and execution.\nStay updated with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their application within financial products.\nExperience with low-code/no-code prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, Bolt, Bubble, Retool, FlutterFlow, etc. ) to quickly validate ideas and accelerate product development.\n\nProduct Adoption and Growth: \nDevelop strategies to increase website traffic, product adoption, engagement, and customer retention.\nWork closely with marketing, growth, SEO, and sales teams to drive product awareness and successful launches.\nDefine go-to-market strategies for new features and products.\nMonitor adoption metrics and optimize onboarding and customer journeys.\n\nStakeholder and People Management: \nCollaborate effectively with leadership, engineering, design, compliance, advisors, and business teams.\nCommunicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.\nManage cross-functional dependencies and align teams toward common goals.\nMentor junior product team members and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years of product management experience.\nExperience in FinTech, wealth management, investment advisory, banking, financial services, or digital website products is mandatory.\nExperience managing web-based products, financial platforms, or customer-facing digital experiences from concept to launch.\nMBA in Finance or equivalent.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.\n\nCertification: \nPreferred: NISM Series X-A (Investment Adviser Level 1).\nCandidates who are not certified must successfully clear the NISM Series X-A examination before joining.\n\nProduct Management: \nProduct strategy and roadmap planning.\nWebsite product management.\nProduct lifecycle management.\nPrioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, value vs. effort).\nAgile/Scrum methodologies.\nData-driven decision-making.\nCustomer-centric product development.\nWebsite optimization, CRO, and basic SEO knowledge.\n\nFinance Domain: \nInvestment products and advisory.\nWealth management.\nFinancial planning.\nTaxation and retirement planning.\nRegulatory awareness (SEBI, NISM, financial compliance).\n\nTechnical Knowledge: \nBasic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nAbility to work effectively with engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with APIs, databases, and web/mobile technologies.\nExperience using analytics platforms such as GA4 Mixpanel, or Amplitude.\nUnderstanding of website analytics, SEO metrics, and conversion tracking.\n\nAI and Innovation: \nAI-assisted product management workflows.\nPrompt engineering and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).\nAI-driven customer experiences and automation.\nLow-code/no-code prototyping tools.\n\nCustomer and Market
