Days will be spent working and completing assignments as given and scheduled by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. This includes, but is not limited to service requests, emergency calls, move in needs, and property task(s) that may be needed daily, weekly, or monthly. The Maintenance Technician must be available for on-call rotation and work with other service team members and/or office as needed. Flexibility between needs of the properties daily.\nThe Maintenance Technician, along with every member of our team, will also be responsible for assisting residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and making teamwork a top priority.\nPay : $22 -
