The role focuses on weekly forecasting, revenue tracking, month-end reporting, and maintaining accurate and timely financial information across Canada, the UK, and global teams. This position partners with leadership and key stakeholders to support consistent financial reporting, visibility into business performance, and effective operational execution.\nApplication Deadline: November 11, 2026\nWe encourage interested candidates to apply early, as applications will be reviewed throughout the posting period.\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:\nFinancial Reporting & Month-End Support\nSupport preparation of monthly financial reports (bookings, revenue, gross margin).\nAssist in timely delivery of Month-End Reporting (MBR).\nMaintain reporting files and update actuals and forecasts.\nPerform basic reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.\nForecasting & Revenue Management Support\nSupport weekly and monthly forecasting processes.\nTrack revenue performance and identify key variances.\nMaintain forecast files aligned with project updates.\nSupport revenue recognition based on project milestones.\nBusiness & Project Support (Canada, UK & Global)\nProvide financial support to teams across Canada, UK, and globally.\nPartner with Project Managers to monitor project revenue, costs, and margins.\nSupport project financial updates for reporting cycles.\nAssist business stakeholders with financial information and analysis.\nReporting Coordination & Data Management\nConsolidate and validate financial data from multiple sources.\nMaintain consistency across reporting tools and templates.\nPrepare recurring financial reports and support ad hoc analysis.\nProcess Support & Continuous Improvement\nSupport improvements in reporting and forecasting processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.\nAssist with standardizing financial reporting practices and templates.\nAdditional Information\nQualifications\nEducation:\nA university degree or college diploma in business and/or accounting or equivalent business experience is required.\nExperience:\nA minimum of 3-5 years of analytical accounting experience is preferred; preferably in a job shop manufacturing or construction environment using the percentage of completion method of accounting. Individual must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with people at all levels of the organization both verbally and in written form. Advanced knowledge of an ERP system (preferably JD Edwards) and advanced knowledge of Excel/VBA is required. In addition, the ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance in a team-oriented work environment is mandatory. Strong analytical, financial reporting and accounting skills as well as continuous improvement orientation are keys.
