Maintain corporate IT standards, internet and intranet systems while providing level 1-2 IT support to global staff. Reporting to HR at BioDot, this role will also take direction from ATS corporate IT leadership.\nEssential Job Duties\nSupport LAN network, assist corporate IT in supporting WAN connectivity, internet, and intranet systems.\nInstall and configure hardware and software components.\nSet up new user accounts and profiles.\nDiagnose and resolve technical problems, including software installations, network configurations, and hardware malfunctions\nAssist global users experiencing issues with computer systems, software, and hardware, in person and remote.\nMake recommendations for future upgrades.\nMaintain and monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users.\nEvaluate and modify system performance and efficiency.\nMaintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.\nUnderstand routing protocols and routing table configurations.\nAssign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.\nMaintain IT network facilities\nMaintain physical, virtual and cloud servers.\nAdminister all IT hardware such as servers, computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.\nWork closely with corporate IT staff to ensure standards for security and service are met.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nAssociate degree in IT/Computer Science, bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum of two (2) years’ work-related experience as an IT professional with network management and user support.\nExpert in Windows Server management, virtual server environments (VMWare/Hyper-V), Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and 365 cloud environment, Group Policy Management,\nStrong understanding of networking protocols, DHCP, switches and routers.\nStrong security focus.\nAble to develop and lead training sessions.\nIT budgeting experience.\nThe salary range for this role is $80,000- $100,000 with eligiblity to participate a discretionary company bonus program of 3%-7% depending on individual and company performance factors.\nJob Specifications\nThe employee may be required to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.\nExert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently.\nVisual acuity - Normal requirements for reading written instructions and computer screens.\nHearing ability - Normal requirements for understanding verbal instructions.\nWorking Conditions - The employee is subject to a normal office environment with occasional exposure to high noise levels and/or physical hazards when visiting the manufacturing floor.\nCapable of wearing appropriate related PPE for extended periods of time.\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
