Major responsibilities include coordinating, facilitating and driving project scoping, planning and execution to ensurework is completed to the required quality standards on schedule and on budget.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nPreparation and maintenance of schedules and resource forecasting\nCo-ordinating, facilitating and driving project scoping, planning, execution, and close out.\nCo-ordinate the clarification of design and specification requirements and arrange for necessary changes.\nCo-ordinate and participate in the preparation of specifications, bid packages, evaluation of tenders, andpurchasing recommendations.\nArrange and lead meetings to coordinate the requirements of internal and external customers.\nLead design reviews and team meetings as required.\nReview labour estimates, schedules, execution plans, inspection and test plans and project oversight plans.Gather input from stakeholder departments and agencies to ensure project requirements are captured anddetailed in the project documents.\nResponsible for communicating schedule update and progress on design tasks to the Engineering Managersand the Project Manager.\nReview and maintain awareness of all corporate and local procedures pertinent to engineering, qualityassurance and project management.
