This will involve selecting best cost / strategic sources of supply for our purchased components, semi-finished components, finished products and raw materials. They will negotiate supply agreements, in conjunction with plant leadership team.\nTo ensure adherence to the negotiated agreements, the Sourcing Manager will coordinate with the site supply chain leader to setup the appropriate ERP requirements. Finally, the Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage their supply base’s performance against the agreed terms, but also their delivery and quality performance.
