Our company enjoys remarkable tenure and we take pride in our employees’ ability to grow their career and find long-term success at ATS.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nAs an IT Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support across a variety of IT functions, including end-user assistance, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and the implementation of departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide IT technical support to employees and customers \nUtilize a ticketing system for support \nKeep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets \nSpecify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers \nDevelop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages \nMaintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO) \nSupport Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams) \nIdentify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nPositive, proactive, and collaborative mindset\nOwnership and pride in work quality\nAdaptable, agile, and detail-oriented\nCommitment to learning and process improvement\nWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis position involves working in an office environment with extensive use of keyboard, monitor, mouse, and other IT peripheral equipment.
