You will also have the opportunity to:\nProvide IT technical support to employees and customers \nUtilize a ticketing system for support \nKeep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets\n Specify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers\nDevelop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages\n Maintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO)\nSupport Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) \nIdentify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives\nSOME QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nA positive and proactive approach to addressing challenges\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nA sense of ownership and pride in your work\nA commitment to lifelong learning and curiosity\nEnjoyment in working both in teams and on personal projects\nAn agile approach to everyday projects and tasks\nBACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCES THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS\nAssociate degree or higher in IT or IT-related field \nEquivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications \nProven troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues \nProficiency and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems \nMust possess fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networks \nExperience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. \nProven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role \nExperience managing Windows Active Directory infrastructure \nIn-depth understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products \nWorking knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control \nJOB DETAILS YOU SHOULD KNOW\nBase salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $85,000 and is based on experience and tenure\nThis is a full time, exempt position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday\nThis position involves working in an office environment with extensive use of keyboard, monitor, mouse, and other IT peripheral equipment.
