Still University (ATSU) is seeking a highly organized Admissions Application Coordinator to provide potential students support with the application process at the Mesa campus location. This role partners with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for future students.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProcess applications (primary applications through national application services), letters of recommendation, test scores and other supplemental materials.\nAnswer phone calls/emails from applicants regarding program/application requirements and status.\nDistribute admissions emails to appropriate staff.\nSchedule interviews for applicants and assign faculty interviewer(s) for each interviewee in AMP.\nScreen applications following program screening rubric/guidelines.\nEnter status changes for applicants and initiate appropriate decision letters in AMP.\nMonitor acceptance payments and send reminders.\nUpdate final decisions in WebAdmit through API.\nMonitor competing offers in WebAdmit.\nOpen dates on the calendar, follow up if applicants don’t schedule, send reminders, create interview day schedule, check with interviewers regarding evaluations not submitted.\nContact interviewers regarding availability and create schedules. Find replacements as needed.\nMonitor incoming transcripts for missing prerequisites and send out conditional clearances.\nClose out files at the end of the application cycle and process notifications.\nEnter required information in Anthology/ImageNow for accepted students and audit files.\nParticipate in university events as needed (orientation, graduation, etc.).\nAssist with additional duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nSkills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all mediums.\nStrong interpersonal and soft skills.\nBasic computer knowledge and data entry.\nDetail oriented, organized, ability to multitask and prioritize.\nPossess the values of honesty, integrity and uphold confidentiality.\nproblem-solving skills.\nsupport the goals of the department and university.\nProcessing skills are trainable, public relations skills are necessary prior to starting.\nEducation/Experience\nRequired two-year college certificate or equivalency\n4-year degree preferred.\nRequired less than one year (1 to 3 years preferred)\nATSU offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverages, among more.
