You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, address integration challenges, train users, and drive adoption across the organization.\nSuccess in this role will be measured by business adoption, operational impact, and measurable improvements in business outcomes.\nRole Responsibilities and Duties\nPartner with business leaders, operations teams, customers, and technical stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.\nConduct discovery sessions to understand operational workflows, business challenges, technical environments, and desired outcomes.\nTranslate complex business requirements into practical AI solution designs.\nRapidly build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate proposed use cases.\nDesign solution architectures that connect AI platforms with existing business applications, systems, APIs, and data sources.\nConfigure AI tools and platforms to support specific operational requirements.\nBuild custom integrations that enable AI solutions to function within existing business environments.\nDeploy AI solutions into production and support their successful operational implementation.\nIdentify and resolve technical, data, platform, and integration issues.\nWork across software engineering, cloud, AI platform, API, and data-integration technologies.\nPartner with cybersecurity and other operational leaders to understand specialized business processes and technical requirements.\nTrain users and operational teams on newly deployed AI capabilities.\nCommunicate solution value, technical considerations, implementation progress, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders.\nSupport process transformation by helping teams incorporate AI into their daily workflows.\nMeasure solution effectiveness and evaluate progress against defined business objectives.\nDrive user adoption and promote the sustained use of deployed AI solutions.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance throughout the discovery, design, prototyping, integration, deployment, and adoption lifecycle. \nRole Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or a similarly technical role.\nHands-on experience deploying technical solutions into production environments.\nKnowledge of cloud technologies, AI platforms, APIs, and data-integration methods.\nExperience designing or implementing integrations across applications, platforms, and data sources.\nAbility to rapidly build prototypes and translate concepts into functional technical solutions.\nStrong understanding of solution architecture and production deployment principles.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.\nExperience gathering requirements and analyzing operational workflows.\nStrong stakeholder-management and consulting capabilities.\nAbility to translate business needs into practical technical designs and implementation plans.\nStrong executive communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to explain complex AI and technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.\nExperience supporting user training, technology adoption, or business-process transformation.\nAbility to work effectively across engineering, operations, business, and customer-facing teams.\nWillingness and ability to engage frequently with customers and business teams in their operating environments. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience deploying artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions within large-scale business environments.\nExperience working with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services.\nExperience building API-based integrations and connecting AI platforms with enterprise systems.\nExperience working in a technical consulting, customer engineering, solutions architecture, or field engineering capacity.\nExperience supporting AI adoption and organizational transformation initiatives.\nExperience partnering with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity operations, security operations centers, incident-response workflows, or similar operational environments.\nExperience measuring the operational and business impact of deployed technology solutions.\nExperience moving AI solutions from prototype or proof of concept into production.\nDemonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical execution with customer engagement and business strategy.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe successful candidate will turn promising AI capabilities into practical, adopted, and measurable business solutions.
