We are dedicated to recruiting, developing and empowering a diverse, high-performing workforce that is passionate about what they do, committed to our shared values and dedicated to our customers’ mission.\nThis position will be responsible for creating all Cisco Commerce quotes required for all Janus IV pricing exercises from installations (i.e. TRP, Wi-Fi, and TrON) to material only quotes.\nJob Duties/Responsibilities:\nProvides technical knowledge and skill in using Cisco specialized applications in the areas specified. \nExperienced in the operational environment and using high-level functional systems design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on multiple projects. \nApplies principles, methods, and knowledge of the functional area of expertise to specific order requirements.\nCreates and provides solutions based on customer requests and site technical requirements.\nHas knowledge of security requirements for specialized information transfer applications and is skilled in preparing technical documentation and providing other services required by the order. \nExperience with Cisco Routers and Switches in a voice environment. Knowledge of Cisco’s Unified Communications Product line such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection and collaboration applications, features, and services (e.g. Webex Meetings Server, Attendant Console, etc). \nRequired Clearance:\nTop Secret (#topsecret)\nRequired Qualifications:\n6 years of progressive IT/telecommunications experience in the last ten calendar years.\nExpertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio applications.\nExpertise with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).\nExtensive knowledge of Cisco’s CUCM telephony product line - BEXX and UCS series servers.\nExtensive knowledge of Cisco’s router and switch product line - 83XX Edge Platforms LAN switches (92XX,93XX, etc).\nCisco network operations experience.\nDesired Qualifications:\nCisco CCNA; CCNP- Collaboration; Certified Voice Engineer\nOur Cisco Collaboration Design Engineer - Jr's earn between $90,000 - $130,000.
